Peeping In - Heidi Middleton

Most Australians are aware of the fashion force that is Sass & Bide and the wonderfully talented women behind the label - Heidi and Sarah-Jane Clark.  Heidi opened her home for the blog 'Tales Of Endearment' and we are reaping the benefits.
Her home is in Palm Beach in the Northern Beaches region, 41 kilometers north of Sydney, and oh my god what a place to live!  As you look through the shots take special note of the view from the toilet - astonishing!

If you'd like to see more of Heidi's stunning home pop over here for more images and the article.

Peeping In - Amanda Peet

The lovely Amanda Peet has long been a favourite of mine so I was thrilled when I discovered she's let Vogue in to her home.  Amanda has lived in New York all her life but was finally persuaded by her husband to set up home in L.A.  I am not particularly a fan of Californian interiors but Amanda has obviously brought a little NY with her as her home is delightful.

Peeping In - Jackie O

Jackie and her husband Lee have built an amazing home at Kangaroo Valley in the Southern Highlands of NSW.  I think you would be hard pressed to find a new home that looks as authentic as this one.  I would not have been surprised to find out it was an original colonial home.

What's the bet Kyle's home is not quite to stylish and classic? I kind of want to show you just as a comparison but it may hurt your eyes....

Peeping In - Ryan Reynolds

He is top 5 on my laminated list which means that I was thrilled to get a sneak peak at the way he lives.  Ryan Reynolds is putting up for sale the home he shared with ex-wife Scarlett Johansson and we get to look inside.

I'm picturing myself arriving at Ryan's house, after we have had dinner in an out of the way Spanish restaurant where we shared a paella......

Ryan gets the fire started as a light breeze has sprung up - he then excuses himself to grab us some dessert from the kitchen while I curl up on the couch with the book he has left open on the coffee table ...

Dessert is warm, chocolatey and involves Ryan needing to pop morsels into my mouth .... needless to say we need to cool off so a swim is suggested....

I don't think it is necessary (or appropriate) to share what when on in the pool, needless to say we ended up here!

The next morning Ryan takes the dogs and grabs us some breakfast from his local bakery while I call all the people who have been wondering where I've disappeared to.  I need to cancel a brunch with the girls but assume they won't mind when they find out where I am!

After spending the day intimately getting acquainted again, and again, we come up for air long enough to order in take-away Thai and eat it out by the pool in the balmy L.A. evening.
*Sigh*

P.S. - Those who comment on this post will be sure to be invited to the next dinner party/pool party that Ryan and I will be hosting as soon as this fantasy comes true!!

Peeping In - Sienna Miller

The stunning and endlessly stylish Sienna makes an impression whenever she leaves home - but what does that home look like.  I was dying to know, hoping it was as eclectic and individual as her personal style is....
I must say I was mildly disappointed.  What do you think?

Peeping In - Amy Butler

I've been needing to get the taste of Melissa Gilbert's house out of my mouth so I thought who better to counteract M.G's design style than .... Amy Butler.
Amy and her husband David live in Granville, Ohio - America's mid-west and their home is an absolute treat.

I have been a long time lover of Amy's fabric designs and can spend hours scrolling through her design images wishing I had somewhere to put a little piece of everything.  As a fabric designer, there is none better in my opinion and Amy and David's home beautifully reflects her design style.
