During many road trips up and down the East coast of Australia one of my favourite places to stop was the delightful Crescent Head in Northern N.S.W. Today I stumbled upon a rental in this delightful town that has plunged me into dreams of long lazy Summer holidays with Surfer Boy - sleeping in our truck and chasing the surf. Those days are long gone - 2 kids and a mortgage have seen to that as well as the demise of our beloved Troop Carrier, but maybe the dream isn't completely dead. This house would make for an amazing family surf holiday and as it sleeps 8 there is no reason not to convince others to come too...
That verandah is making my heart soar - oh to be sitting there after a day in the sun with a book and a slushy...
What else could you possible need? This house has everything to ensure the perfect holiday (including lock-up surfboard storage!). The interior isn't precious but perfectly suited to a fuss free sojourn... now to email them and see how much it is....
