I finally got motivated to make some quilts for CHALK last week. I have had very good intentions for a very long time but it took one of my staff to fire me up to actually sit down and produce some. Both stores have been saddly lacking in quilt love so I felt very chuffed that I had finally made some even if it was only three. I was hoping that I'd find myself on a roll but unfortunately that doesn't seem to be - put it this way, if you want one you'd better grab one because it could be a while before I get around to making any more!

Is that Gidget at the machine I see?
They are all gorgeous! Bet they get snapped up very quickly!
It must be so therapeutic for you to have got sewing again. Just spending some me time, creating beautiful pieces of art. The quilts are so gorgeous, I'm sure such treasures won't be around for long.
Oh these are delightful, well done. I just finished another basic sewing class at the Yarraville Community Centre and now 4 of us are looking to learn quilting, although I have seen there are a lot of really fussy styles out there. I love your coordinated patchwork look. Please let me know if you can recommend a teacher!
