Your husbands wallet being stolen the week before Christmas, all your accounts frozen as the prick tried to access them, and the bank refusing to reinstate as said husbands name is really Alan and the only photo I.D. he has left says his name is James!!!
Why the hell don't we keep cash under the mattress any more?

Not nice
Hope things get sorted for you
Cathy
oh, apart from hubbies identity crisis. My mum keeps cash buried in her garden. TRUE and when she goes on holiday she tells me where it is and I forget instantly.....WE would need to back-hoe the whole place to find it....
Seriously I hope you get sorted, the banks must understand the urgency surely!!!
Oh you poor mumma....not this week NO!!! NO!!! NO!!!
That really sucks!!! And what's worse is after paying all those bank fees when you need them to help, they don't!!!!!!
If we didn't use internet banking so much cash under the matress would be a great idea
oh man ! That really sucks ...
:(
I feel for you Jenny. Years ago, on the last day of kinder before Christmas, I left my wallet stuffed with cash in my handbag, under the front seat of my car PARKED IN THE KINDER CARPARK (not on the street)to dash in filled with cheer to collect the kids. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
Got back to the car..kids, art & bags overflowing..to discover that some !@#$%^&()&*^$#@ had broken in.
Gee, it really seriously sucks the BIG ONE.
That is AWFUL!!!What would you do to such a person if you ever met him? or her, I guess.
That's awful! What a pain! I'm having my own banking dramas after an overseas matchmaking site that I had never heard of accessed my credit card details and started deducting monthly fees! The bank tells me they are trying to sort it out!!
p.s. no way - is chris isaak really 51?!
good thing there is only $5 in my wallet. and my cards consist of an Alfa Romeo Australia club ownership card which does...absolutely nothing. bad luck :) how are you going to break it to the kids that their presents will be rather lacking this year?
